Who we are:

MJC Partnership’s role is to aid Local Authorities and Approved Inspectors to ensure that owners, builders, architects and other agents understand the importance of the regulations. The service provided by MJC Partnership is to assist architects and developers in ensuring that regulations are understood and implemented. 

MJC Partnership has the skills to provide an all-round, enhanced and supportive service for the construction industry and educational bodies. This ensures a more effective and efficient service for the general public, which results in better and safer buildings for all users.

MJC Partnership gives advice to all interested stakeholders including solicitors, estate agents, architects, developers, builders, house owners and housing associations.

The service provided by MJC Partnership does not replace Local Authorities or Approved Inspectors working in their statutory roles. MJC Partnership is not a statutory body and does not act on behalf of a Local Authority or Approved Inspector whose role it is to approve works on site. It is important to recognise MJC Partnership cannot approve plans or works on site.

The Team:

The team members of MJC Partnerships are all Building Control Surveyors with a wealth of knowledge and experience. MJC Partnership is easily contactable and readily available to give general advice, guidance and training at all levels to all age groups.

Anne brings a wealth of experience to the team, gathered over a lifetime of working within all areas of education. Relevant to MJC Partnership’s ethos and goals is her work on procuring, advising and monitoring suitable work placements for young people pursuing a career path. Communication, listening and positive interaction has been key to successful outcomes across commercial, manual and service industries, creating opportunities for the development of new and diverse talent  to the mutual benefit of all concerned. Anne has an enthusiastic and engaging approach to life. She has seen community cooperation in action and knows what working together can achieve.
