The service provided by MJC Partnership does not replace Local Authorities or Approved Inspectors working in their statutory roles. MJC Partnership is not a statutory body and does not act on behalf of a Local Authority or Approved Inspector whose role it is to approve works on site. It is important to recognise MJC Partnership cannot approve plans or works on site.
