We asked Margaret Carter to support us with a large and important building project that we were undertaking. We were having a large glass orangery built as an extension to our house. We ran into a number of small but structural differences with the builders and we asked Ms Carter to intervene to agree a way forward. Right from the onset Margaret’s positive approach and attitude helped to ensure that we were able to structurally achieve what was required. She is methodical and calm was extremely responsive to questions and our concerns providing much need clarity when it arose. She always presented options and solutions to the problems presented. No issue presented to Margaret was too small or too insignificant, she provided guidance and an approached aimed at conflict resolution. Margaret was professional, knowledgeable and always helped us to understand the challenges that were being presented. Her invention helped bridge the gap between us as clients and the contractor and achieve the outcome we wanted. I would highly recommend her for any project.
