MJC Partnership\u2019s role is to aid Local Authorities and Approved Inspectors to ensure that owners, builders, architects and other agents understand the importance of the regulations. The service provided by MJC Partnership is to assist architects and developers in ensuring that regulations are understood and implemented.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

MJC Partnership has the skills to provide an all-round, enhanced and supportive service for the construction industry and educational bodies. This ensures a more effective and efficient service for the general public, which results in better and safer buildings for all users. <\/span><\/p>\n

MJC Partnership gives advice to all interested stakeholders including solicitors, estate agents, architects, developers, builders, house owners and housing associations. <\/span><\/p>\n

The service provided by MJC Partnership does not replace Local Authorities or Approved Inspectors working in their statutory roles. MJC Partnership is not a statutory body and does not act on behalf of a Local Authority or Approved Inspector whose role it is to approve works on site.
